Drive 5 km southward and 6.5 km eastward from the county town of Pubei, Guangxi, and you will arrive at Yuezhou Tianhu. Yuezhou Tianhu is located in the Xiaojiang reservoir area, with a north-south trend and a longitudinal distance of up to 52 km.

The lake area is 79 square kilometers, with a storage capacity of more than 1.2 billion cubic meters. There are more than 100 small islands in the lake. The lake water here is clear and vast, the mountains are beautiful and the lychee and mango orchards around the lake have become large-scale. It is not only a new litchi and longan production and freshwater fish and shrimp breeding base in Pubei County, but also a good place for people to travel and leisure. There are Xianhe Island, dongpodu, fubotan, wangfuling, Qingzhuo lake, duigepo, Sandi temple and other natural scenic spots. There are thousands of white cranes on Xianhe Island, as well as cultural landscapes such as Tianhu aqueduct and xianghanping general's former residence. The architectural art of the former residence is a combination of Chinese and western, with pavilions built by mountains and rivers. Six kilometers away from Xianghan's former residence is Yangtian Lake in Shizhen. This is the ancient city of Yuezhou with a history of more than 1500 years. According to historical records, Yuezhou was a provincial military and administrative unit equivalent to Guangzhou at that time, with jurisdiction as far as Maoming, Guangdong in the East, Leizhou Peninsula in the south, Qinzhou in the West and Rongxian in the north.
