Tangyuan hot spring

Tangyuan hot spring is located in Tangyuan village, Baisha Town, Minhou County. It has a long history and is famous in Fujian. In Tang Dynasty, there was a Tangquan courtyard. Tang ZengShi, who lived here, once wrote a poem on the wall of Tangquan courtyard praising the hot spring of Tangquan courtyard. The poem said, "who is the stone leader in the Chan court, the Tangquan in Longkou will never stop boiling until the dust of all living beings is gone, and our side is cool and flowing." Li Gang, the Prime Minister of the Southern Song Dynasty and a famous national hero, once took a bath here and wrote a poem praising: "the warm and cold springs flow by themselves, the heavenly teachings bathe in the snow peaks, when the dust of all living beings will be cleared, and how many times the sun and moon will fall in the world."

Introduction to hot spring

Located in Tangyuan village, Baisha Town, Minhou County, Fujian Province, the exposed strata of the hot spring are volcanic rocks of the upper Jurassic Nanyuan formation. There are three outcrops in the hot spring. There are 200 square meters of travertine deposits around the spring. Water temperature 57 ℃, daily flow 207.4 tons, heat 132 kcal / s, total salinity 250 mg / L. In the old days, there was a hot spring courtyard, where the eminent monks of the Tang Dynasty lived again.
