Qinglian Pavilion

Qinglian Pavilion is located in the north of jinkouba on the West Bank of Sihe River in the east of Yanzhou City. Li Bai, as Qinglian resident, lived here and left more than 30 famous poems. Later generations built Qinglian Pavilion here as a memorial.

In 1888, Ziyang County annals recorded that "the pavilion is in the Dragon King Temple in heitui, and its place is the" East Gate of Lu "mentioned in Li Bai's poems. In order to worship the immortals, Feng yungou was ordered to rebuild the city of Daoguang In June 2015, Qinglian pavilion was announced as a cultural relic protection unit in Shandong Province.

Qinglian pavilion has two floors and three rooms. It is of brick and wood structure. It has a hard top. There are corridors in front of it and wooden stairs and floors inside. Li Bai and his two sons and daughters were once carved in the pavilion. In the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, Li Zhimao, the magistrate of the county, rebuilt the building and later tilted it. Li Bai lived in Yanzhou for 20 years and left a lot of excellent poems. According to the Guangxu edition of Ziyang County annals, donglumen boating was written under Qinglian Pavilion. The original poem is as follows:

Sunset sand will open tomorrow, waves and rocks will move and water will linger.

In August 1994, the International Symposium "Li Bai in Shandong" was held in Yanzhou. Zhan Kai, President of China Li Bai Research Association, Yu Xianhao, Pei Fei, Luo Zongqiang, vice presidents of China Li Bai Research Association, and more than 60 Chinese and foreign scholars came to this pavilion to pay tribute to the immortal poets.
