Located in shuliaokeng, Shoufeng Township, Hualien County, Taiwan Province, the No. 11 provincial highway has made a big bend. This is the midway station leading to Fengbin. The administration has entrusted the landscaping company to set up a rest area here, including a parking lot, unique wooden railings, neat flowers and trees, a simple and lovely lookout platform and public toilets.

In front of the rest area, there are shops offering hot and cold drinks. Yam liaokeng, as the name suggests, is a concave Valley, overlooking the valley from the lookout tower. The valley is deep, the cliff is steep, the forest is green, and several farmhouses are scattered among the green. In the East, you can enjoy the Pacific Ocean, spread out between the two peaks. Although the field of vision is not very wide, you can still see the waves flying, and you can feel the surging momentum of the Pacific Ocean. Since then, the mountain road has become more and more curved, with trees all over the road, and the driving is quite cool. There are betel nuts planted on the hillside beside the road, which are fragrant. Yiyong Chenglin is under the 10 meter concrete bridge beside the rest area.
