Nuodeng ancient town

Nuodeng is a Bai village with a history of more than one thousand years. The name of the village has never changed in the past one thousand years. Since then, the residential buildings in the ancient town have been built close to the mountains, mostly in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. Looking up, there are many ancient buildings and archways, such as the Dragon King Temple, the ancient Jiangxi guild hall, the Longevity Palace, the ancient banyan tree, the "title visit" of the Huang family, and the "Lingxing gate" in front of the Yuhuang Pavilion. The archway in the ancient town is the largest existing ancient wooden archway in western Yunnan. The tall ancient Pistacia chinensis tree in the village is as high as 30-40 meters. The oldest tree has been more than 800 years old.

Nuodeng ancient town

Nuodeng ancient town is located in the mountains to the north of Yunlong County, Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a Bai village with thousands of years of history.

Nuodeng's 300 or 400 families are mainly distributed in the valley and the northwest sunny slope of the village. Up to now, every family in Nuodeng has raised horses. From these horses, we can see the shadow of the former horse gang. Today, the village's "guzongping" and "huiminping" are the permanent places of the horse gang and cattle gang of the Tibetan and Hui people in the past.

Now, Yunnan Province proposes to rebuild Nuodeng to reproduce the style of the prosperous town of "ancient tea horse road".
