The West Hall, formerly known as "Yu'an", is a landscape in Dongtou County, Wenzhou City. It was built during the Shaoxing period of the Southern Song Dynasty. The hall worships Wang Da, a martyr of the Song Dynasty.

Introduction to scenic spots

The West Hall, formerly known as "Yu'an", is on the Bank of a stream to the southwest of shiting. This hall was built in Shaoxing period of Southern Song Dynasty, and then it was abandoned several times. The existing hall was rebuilt in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty. In the West Hall, Hou Wangda, song Zhonglie, is worshipped. His name is XUNDAO, and his name is Shiquan. His ancestral home is Sanqu, Gumi (Longyou), and his ancestral home is Wanghu. He is an official of Wenzhou Tongtan and occupies Yongjia. Father (Wang Dian), official Rui'an county magistrate, renman see Jinyun Ruochuan (front Village) green mountains and waters, fertile land and settled. Wang Da is brave, good at sword, and can walk. Xuanhe years, fangla peasant uprising, the fire burned to Jinyun. In order to protect his hometown from the war, Wang Da led more than 80 young people to fight against the uprising army. Later, under the leadership of local officials of the Song Dynasty, he took part in the battle of encircling and annihilating the uprising army of lvshinang in Xianju, and made great achievements. During Shaoxing period of Southern Song Dynasty, he was appointed as a loyal marquis.
