Xiongcun ancient town

Xiongcun ancient town is an ancient fair town preserved on the ancient business road between Hunan and Guangxi. It was built in the Song Dynasty. It is said that six dragon boats carrying ancestors migrated from Xiongcun ancient town.

Xiong village is built on a hill. There are six tunnels of different lengths in the whole town, radiating all around, all paved with stone slabs or pebbles. The architectural layout has a unique style, mainly in Ming and Qing Dynasty style, mainly in stoplog wood structure, supplemented by green brick exterior wall, with the overall simple and elegant, smooth lines, delicate and exquisite. In the past, most of the residents on the street lived in high walls and deep courtyards, and there were business shops at the entrance of every family.

With the passage of time and historical changes, Xiong village has become older. Of course, it is more simple, vicissitudes, but also tragic and desolate. It is suitable for those who like to search for ancient rhyme or photography.
