Zhenfu Society

Zhenfu society, known locally as "Qijia land public Temple" or "Wuzai tou land public Temple". It is located at No.1, yuzaitou street, Zuoying District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan Province. The temple was built at the beginning of the establishment of Wannian County in xinglongli. At first, it was built in the structure of soil block and bamboo, and it was very small and simple. It was dedicated to the God of good fortune. It had been rebuilt and expanded many times.

In the fifth year of Daoguang (1825), it was renovated at the same time as the old city of Fengshan County, and built with the same stone material as the old city of Fengshan county. It was expanded in 1883. Unfortunately, it was bombed by Allied planes in the Second World War. After the restoration of Taiwan, local Shanxin Jiuzi invested in restoration. In 1961, local Shanxin was demolished and overhauled, and raised funds to build more trestle houses and worship halls, which became the scale of today's temples. After the second addition, it was originally demolished due to urban planning, but later it was classified as Fengshan county's old city site, which was classified as a first-class historic site and was preserved. Because the old temple of "Zhenfu society" is small and narrow, it has moved the main God, Fu Zhengshen, to the third floor of the joint activity center in Yudong, Yuxi and yubeili to worship, which is called "Zhenfu Temple". Although the old temple no longer worships the God of the earth, the rest of the temple is still intact. From the appearance, we can see the door god, the swallow tail on the roof and the fish hanging on the lion's face As a result, the site of zhenfushe, which covers a small area, is still full of antiquity.
