Shengli TV sightseeing tower is one of the members of the high tower Committee of China Radio and television society. It is located at No. 395, West Fourth Road, Xicheng, Dongying City. It is a prosperous area in Xicheng City, 8 km away from Dongqing expressway, 1.5 km away from Dongying railway station and 25 km away from Dongying airport. The tower is 208 meters high, integrating sightseeing, catering, entertainment and wireless signal transmission.

The first floor of Shengli TV sightseeing tower is equipped with welcome hall and VIP Hall, the second floor is multi-function hall, the third floor is business center, and the underground part is Shengli TV Tower transmitter room.
