Danfu courtyard

Tamfu house is an open collection house proposed by Mr. Guo Fengyuan, President of tamfu house (granted to him) in Thailand. Many Junyan at home and abroad enthusiastically responded to the donation.

origin

Chaozhou Danfu cultural relics collection Institute adheres to the tenet of carrying forward Chinese culture, communicating cross-strait relations and promoting cultural exchanges between China and Thailand.

entrance

The entrance is a towering stone archway with three gates at the top of the mountain. It is 16 meters high and magnificent. The title of "Jinghua in eastern Guangdong" is in the middle of the building. On both sides are the inscriptions of "Jinsheng" and "Yuzhen", which are all written by the master of traditional Chinese culture, Rao Zongyi. From the archway to the main hall, there are three stone steps. The garden is surrounded by stone mascots such as unicorn, green lion, Panlong and iron ox.

main hall

Majestic and magnificent main hall building, double eaves out of the pavilion, glass flying tiles, four to rose red granite columns, steady and solemn. In the middle of the plaque, "danfuyuan", three big characters in flowing gold, were written by Pu Jie, the younger brother of the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty. The wooden couplet "looking at the clouds from a distance, looking up from a height" hanging outside the door was inscribed by Zhao Puchu, the late chairman of the Chinese Buddhist Association and a famous calligrapher. There are representative cultural relics of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism in the hall.

the forest of steles, tablet forest

The most attractive place to visit is the "forest of Chinese calligraphy steles" on both sides of the main hall. Here is a collection of the original works of calligraphy masters from Shang and Zhou dynasties up to the present. In an instant, you can see the five thousand year old Dharma books, and you can see the world's treasures.

Delivery Thai Temple

On the square above the stele corridor stands Jiaotai hall, which is the main exhibition hall of Danfu courtyard. The name of Jiaotai is the same as that of the Imperial Palace in Beijing, which is derived from the meaning of "Tiandi Jiaotai" in the book of changes, but it also means cultural exchange between China and Thailand. Inside the hall are a group of golden Buddhas and representative cultural relics of Chinese culture.

Yanfeng Academy

On the west side is Yanfeng Academy with inscriptions by Huang Miaozi and Rao Zongyi. From time to time, the lecture hall holds lectures and training on Chinese culture. It can also be used for guests to stay, return to nature from the city, return to tranquility from prosperity, and enjoy the beauty of beautiful scenery.

A hundred orchards

Surrounded by a hundred orchards, exotic flowers and trees, flying bridges and flowing water, green tripod and Chaoshan tea, it is a spiritual home of Chinese culture integrating culture and leisure.

Danfuyuan is located in the ancient city of Chaozhou. Relying on the emerald green of Yanfeng, Hanshan and Hanshui have moistened the hot land. Danfuyuan has become another unique cultural landmark in modern Chaozhou.
