Introduction to the library

The Sanxuan hall covers an area of 22776 square meters with 5622 square meters. 5 square meters, there are 119 large and small buildings, the house has more than 100 mural relief, all painted in gold, magnificent. Qinzhou is the largest existing building with late Qing style and ethnic characteristics, and is a key cultural relics protection unit in Guangxi.

There are 13 cadres and staff in Qinzhou Museum, including 2 with intermediate title, 4 with primary title and 7 with senior technician. The organization is equipped with curator, deputy curator and branch secretary. There are offices, cultural relics department and cultural relics protection department. The office is located in the former residence of Feng Zicai in Gongbao street. The main functions of museums are cultural relics protection, research, publicity and education. At present, it has jurisdiction over the cultural relics of Qinnan District, Qinbei District, Qinzhou port administrative region and Sanniangwan administrative region. The cultural relics protection units at all levels in the region include: 1.4 national key sites, 3 regional key sites and 22 municipal key sites. The cultural relics in the collection are: 1 national level one, 22 national level two, 163 national level three, and a batch of general cultural relics. Liu Yongfu's former residence and Feng Zicai's former residence.

Development history

The former museum was managed by Qinzhou County Cultural Center in 1981. In 1981, the Qinzhou County Cultural Relics Management Office was established. In 1983, it was rebuilt as Qinzhou County Museum. It is located in Sanxuan hall, the former residence of Liu Yongfu, a national hero.

Collection

Since its establishment, the museum has successively held exhibitions on historical relics of the Sino French war, relics unearthed in Qinzhou, cultural treasures, historical facts of Japanese invasion of China, Leifeng spirit, and Mao Zedong, the founder of the party and the state.

In terms of research work, Guangxi Qinzhou Museum mainly carried out the research work on the history of the Sino French war, and compiled and printed the brief introduction to the key cultural relics of Qinzhou County, the exhibition of Sino French war history and cultural relics, etc.

General survey of cultural relics

The Municipal Museum organized census personnel to complete the review of 26 cultural relics sites. 46 cultural relics sites were newly discovered and registered, of which 8 are ancient sites with high historical, cultural and tourism value, making the number of newly discovered cultural relics sites large and high quality, ranking in the forefront of the region.

In view of this field survey, the Municipal Museum has formulated corresponding strategies. Before the on-the-spot census, all the census personnel were trained for many times; in the process of census, in view of the new and old problems that appeared or existed, the census personnel were also organized to exchange and study with colleagues in museums in Pubei, Lingshan and Nanning. Through training and learning, the professional ability and working level of all census personnel have been improved.

During the field survey, the city museum focused on the combination of "pull net" and science and technology. On the one hand, it relied on information or went deep into villages to find clues, on the other hand, it used maps, GPS and other instruments to carry out key positioning and investigation. In the process of carrying out the census, we should pay attention to the details and adhere to three ways: first, access to information. Before carrying out the general survey of each item, we should first look up the information, carefully look up the records of Qinzhou and the investigation records made by veteran comrades in the second general survey of cultural relics, sort out the clues, and make preparations before the general survey. The second is to hold a forum for village cadres and the elderly. Every time you go to a town, village committee or natural village, you first contact with the local township government and village committee cadres, ask them to make an appointment with three or five veteran comrades who know the local situation, and then have a discussion with the township and village cadres and veteran comrades to further collect clues, so as to lay a foundation for field investigation. Third, according to the information, focus on inspection. According to the collected written or oral information, focus on the field investigation of the clues. If valuable cultural relics or clues are found, register them immediately.
