Fairy pool is located about 4 kilometers south of Taiping Town, Lingshan County, in Jiudong village committee. It is one of the Eight Sights of Lingshan. The water is clear and green, with sand and stone in the shallow part. There is a bun like Cangshi at the outlet of the waterfall, and the water flow is divided into two streams. Under the Cangshi, another stream winds down. The waterfall falls down from the steep stone wall, and the water on the cliff is full of smoke; the water under the waterfall is cool, and the bottom can be seen in the shallow water.

Fairy pool is located about 4 kilometers south of Taiping Town, Lingshan County, in Jiudong village committee. It is one of the Eight Sights of Lingshan. Fairy pond has such a beautiful legend: about two hundred years ago, on the seventh day of July of one year, people went to fairy pond to wash dragon boat water and found a pair of big red carp with earrings swimming in the pond. People think that the pair of carp are the incarnation of the fairy. Later, in memory of the fairy, they called the big pool "fairy pool" and the mountain depression on the pool "fairy depression". People also built a pavilion on the mountain depression, named "fairy Pavilion". Approaching the edge of the pool, a cool air came to my face. The temperature inside the pool was about 4-5 ℃ lower than that outside. The water is clear and green. Sand and stones can be seen in the shallow part. The water under the waterfall is said to be more than 10 meters deep. There are cliffs on three sides of the pool. The waterfall falls down along the cliff from a height of more than 40 meters. The white milky mountain spring hits the rock, arousing layers of mist. Sunlight from the cliff over into the bottom of the pool, waves of light in the sky. The pool is like a deep well. People in the pool are like frogs at the bottom of the well. They only see the semi oval sky above their heads. The cliffs are covered with green plants, and there are many flowers and trees in the crevices. It is said that before liberation, on the seventh day of July, people worshiped the fairy Pavilion and let the fairies visit and bathe here. Take a rest on the stone bench under the shade of a big tree beside the fairy Pavilion. When you look at the East and West hills of fairy pool, you can see Niulang stone and Zhinv stone looking at each other affectionately, as if they are interpreting the ancient love legend affectionately.
