Lu Zudian

Luzu Hall of Penglai Pavilion is located in the south of binrilou, facing south from north. It is composed of heavy gate, main hall and East and West bottom, all of which are temple buildings. In 1877, the magistrate Jia Hu and the chief soldier Wang Zhengqi advocated the construction. The main hall is a hard mountain structure with three bays. The north wall is connected with binrilou, with a length of 9.04 meters and a depth of 8.05 meters. In the hall, there is a high platform shrine with a statue of LV Yan (LV Dongbin) in the middle, and a medicine boy and willow spirit on the left and right. LV Dongbin plays an important role in Chinese folk beliefs. In the Song Dynasty, LV Dongbin was granted the title of "MiaoTong Zhenren", in the Yuan Dynasty, he was granted the title of "Chunyang acting as a political policeman and Fuyou emperor", which is also known as "Lv Chunyang" in later generations. After Wang Chongyang founded Quanzhen Taoism, he was regarded as one of the "five northern ancestors", so Taoism respected him as "Lu Zu". It is said that Lu Zu's birthday is April 14 of the lunar calendar.

Lu Yan's "Shou" stele is located at the west end of the Ming corridor in front of the main hall, facing the East. "Shou" is a cursive script with vigorous writing power and vigorous plate. The inscription on the stele reads "Zheng Xihong's sincere copy of Guangxu Jiashen Zhongdong's inscription in lvzuge zhizhai of Danya in Penglai". The word "Shou" in the stele of "Shou" in Chunyang Hall of Yanshui Pavilion in Jiujiang, Jiangxi Province, is exactly the same as this, and it is immediately based on the imitators. There are four characters of seal script "jiuzhuandancheng" on the Jiujiang tablet, and the meaning cursive script "Shou" is a combination of four characters of cursive script "jiuzhuandancheng".

Lu Zu, i.e. Lu Dongbin, is a Taoist in the late Tang Dynasty and Five Dynasties. It is said that he practiced Taoism in Zhongnan mountain. He has been known as one of the eight immortals since the yuan and Ming Dynasties. The Taoist Zhengyang sect is known as the founder of Chunyang, commonly known as Lu Zu. According to legend, Lu Dongbin finally "settled" in Yuezhou, "Antarctic Xiaoxiang.". Changsha hairdresser respected Lu Zu as a grandmaster. The gold and silver industry also worshipped LV Dongbin as the founder, believing that LV Dongbin could "turn stone into gold". According to the general annals of Hunan written by Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, the sacrificial ceremony of Lu Zu was held in the sixth year of Jiaqing (1801), and in the ninth year of Jiaqing, he was granted the title of "Xie Yuan Zanyun Chunyang, acting as a police officer and Fu you emperor."

Ancient records

There are stories of Lu Dongbin drinking three times in Yueyang Tower, taking Li Yue as an iron crutch, and flying a sword to kill Huanglong among Chinese people. The image of Lu Xian is widely spread among Chinese people. even woman and children all know.

In the old days, there were many records of LV Dongbin's traveling in Changsha. "Dongxuan notes" says: "Tanzhou scholar Xia Jun dismissed from office, went to Yongzhou, paid homage to he Xiangu, and asked:" people say that Mr. Lu is here today? " He Xiaoyue said: "set up Zhai at Xinghua temple in Tanzhou.". The record of the whole Tang poetry is more interesting. When LV Dongbin visited Changsha, he begged for money in the street with a small earthen jar, but the jar was often dissatisfied. There is a monk to push a car money, the play said: "your pot can hold this car money?" Lu Dongbin empties a cart of money into the jar. He hears the sound of Jiajia, and the cart of money disappears. The monk asked, "immortal, magic?" Lu Xian replied:

Neither God nor immortal, neither art nor illusion

The world has its end, and the mulberry fields are changing.

I don't have a solid body, but I don't have enough money.

If you don't follow me, you'll be sweating on a whale.
