Lindong building is located in the section from Dali road to munan Road, Hebei Road, Heping District. It is a historic building with general protection level and is now a residential building. The four story mixed structure apartment building was named Lindong building because its adjacent Hebei road was originally named Wellington road. The layout of the building is based on the new way of life, that is, two residential units are arranged on each floor with the staircase as the center, each residential unit is centered on the living room, the first floor and back facade of the building are fair faced walls, and the other facades are roughened mixed water walls.
