Group of jade through the forest pumping bamboo, double rainbow hanging over the flat bridge.

The fish vied for bait, and the cold sand and water filled the radius.

Don't ask how many pieces of lotus blossom, but know where the fragrance floating.

About the author

Zeng Gong (1019-1083), a native of Nanfeng County, Jianchang, is also a famous calligrapher. His literary view and creation are more close to Ouyang Xiu. Zeng Gong wrote both prose and poetry, but his main achievements are prose. His prose is famous for its simplicity, elegance and steady writing ability. Tongcheng School prose writers in Qing Dynasty took him as an example, including Yuanfeng manuscript 》Handed down from generation to generation.
