It was built in the late Qing Dynasty and repaired twice in 1929 and 1958. Facing south, brick and wood structure. It covers an area of 960 square meters and a construction area of more than 1200 square meters.

It was built in the late Qing Dynasty and repaired twice in 1929 and 1958. Facing south, brick and wood structure. It covers an area of 960 square meters and a construction area of more than 1200 square meters. The main building is 3 rooms wide, 2 rooms deep, Xieshan gray tile roof, square timber bent rafters, arched caisson, cornices around, and brackets under the eaves. The platform is 0.5 meters high, with 3 meters wide vertical belt, stepping stone steps and carved patterns on the slope. On the south side of the museum, there are 14 two-story buildings with seven rooms in width; on the East and west sides, there are 14 two-story wing rooms with seven rooms in width; on the north side, there are seven bungalows. There are 41 rooms in the whole building. This is the only preserved guild hall building in Nanhui area. It was declared to the district government at the end of 2001 and listed as a district level cultural relic protection unit.
