Chaoyang aquatic science and technology park is located in Jinzhan township, Chaoyang District, eastern Beijing. It is a key project of "urban agriculture" construction in Chaoyang District. The park covers an area of 430 mu, with 230 mu of aquaculture water. It is divided into four parts: aquaculture area, incubation area, fishing area and entertainment and leisure area.

A 2000 square meter factory workshop representing the highest level of aquaculture has been built in the park, which can ensure 100000 kg of seedlings to survive the winter safely. In freshwater aquaculture, the park organically combines biological, physical and chemical technologies, and uses the existing geothermal water resources to make the aquaculture system reach the best state, so as to maximize the yield per unit area. The use of recirculating aquaculture technology can significantly reduce the water consumption of fish culture and make up for the shortage of water resources in Beijing.

The park has built a fishing area for 400 people at the same time, and a 2500 square meter fishing palace, which can be used for fishing in four seasons. At the same time, there are fitness facilities for badminton, sand fox and table tennis in the park. The park can provide a special restaurant for 200 people at the same time, with complete catering facilities and reasonable price. The park also has 80 bed standard rooms.
