Mingshilou

Mingshi building was built in 1925 and lasted for two years. It has six floors high, four floors at the bottom, and the fifth floor is magnificent. Fang runwen, the owner of the building, made a living in the United States in his early years and opened a restaurant. Later, he made a fortune as a "qichanglong" grocery store and became the richest man in the area. After returning to his hometown, he built Mingshi building. Mingshilou is the most beautiful watchtower in Zili village with its magnificent appearance and luxurious interior furnishings.
