The building of thousand Buddha cave is an east-west rectangle with a mountain gate in the East. The main hall faces east from the west, with civil engineering structure. The north and South are equipped with rooms and brick and wood buildings. The main hall is a hard hilltop building with a bucket arch, which is divided into three parts: the front hall, the middle hall and the back hall. In the front hall, there is a Buddha statue about Zhang Xu high, in the middle hall, there are three rooms wide, painted with Buddha's view, 18 Arhats and other statues; in the back hall, there is a reclining Buddha; the three parts are closely connected to form a whole. There is a stage in the southwest of the temple for the troupes organized by temple fairs. The original thousand Buddha cave was built in the Tang Dynasty, and now the thousand Buddha cave was built in the Qing Dynasty, four built and four destroyed. What we saw was built in 1993 by the Jimsar Buddhist Council, which is different from the thousand Buddha cave in history. Frescoes and statues are re sculpted by modern craftsmen. The East and west sides of Qianfo cave are the front and back ditches. The spring water is murmuring and trickling. At the bottom of the hillside ditch, there are many trees. Surrounded by low mountains, heavy rock base peaks. Every year, more than 20000 believers, experts and scholars come to pay homage to incense. Every year on the eighth day of April and the sixth day of June in the lunar calendar, there is a sea of people here. Jimusaer thousand Buddha cave has been listed as a key cultural relic protection unit in Changji Prefecture. If it can be properly guided and utilized, the prospect of tourism development is promising.
