senior engineer. Male, born in October 1936 in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. Graduated from Changchun Institute of geology. From 1960 to 1965, he worked in the first Geophysical Exploration Brigade of the Ministry of geology, and from 1965 to 1996, he worked in the sixth Geophysical Exploration Brigade of the Ministry of geology, and served as the director of the geophysical exploration method research office.

He was the second-class contributor to geological prospecting.
