Mingchi (Tianyige Museum)

Mingchi belongs to the garden leisure area of Tianyi Pavilion. In the garden leisure area, there are a series of tourist attractions, such as Mingchi, rockery, corridor, forest of Steles, Baie Pavilion, Ninghui hall, etc. The layout of these scenic spots is reasonable and well arranged, achieving the artistic effect of "although it is made by people, it is like the world", providing a place for leisure and viewing the landscape of Jiangnan gardens.

In 1994, Ningbo Museum merged with Tianyige cultural protection office to establish Tianyige Museum. Adjacent to the beautiful moon lake, the library is the oldest existing library in China, the oldest existing library in Asia, and one of the three oldest existing family libraries in the world. Now it has been expanded into three functional areas: library culture, exhibition and garden leisure, integrating library culture, social history, culture and art, and becoming a window to display Ningbo's history and culture.
