Xizhuang village, Huaibei Town, Huairou district is 9 kilometers away from the urban area, where the town government is located. There is a spring in the west of the village. The spring passes through the village. It was once called xiliuzhuang, later referred to as Xizhuang. There are 320 households and 820 people in the village, with a total area of 2.59 square kilometers. Huaifeng highway passes through the village.
