Xicun courtyard

Chengdu West Village is a cultural, artistic and creative industry development park with "cultural and creative industry as the main body and modern service industry as the core". Located at No.1-5 Beisen North Road, Qingyang District, it covers an area of more than 100 mu, with a total construction area of about 200000 square meters. The total investment of the project is about 1.45 billion yuan. The project is divided into Xicun courtyard, Xicun No.5 and Xicun Beisen courtyard. The project has been rated as "Chengdu cultural industry demonstration base", "Chengdu small and medium-sized enterprise entrepreneurship demonstration base" and "Chengdu cultural and creative industry key support project".

Xicun compound is the third phase project of Chengdu Xicun creative industrial park. It is also the largest and most abundant part of Chengdu Xicun. It is located in the creative life cluster with the core of compound office and characteristic cultural business. Li Xianting, the "godfather of Chinese contemporary art", is the project consultant of the compound. Du Jian, the chairman of Beisen group, is the chief planner. Liu Jiakun, a famous contemporary architect, is the chief planner. It covers an area of about 42000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 135000 square meters.

Xicun Beisen compound is the largest and most abundant part of Xicun in Chengdu. The compound is committed to building "Chengdu lifestyle center": with the office and characteristic cultural business as the core support, it will provide personalized facilities such as creative theme hotel, comprehensive exhibition space, roof runway, etc. after completion, it will become an international creative industry life cluster. Adhering to the architectural concept of "contemporary expression of traditional elements", the compound is a C-shaped semi enclosed layout. Xicun Beisen compound is located at No.1 Beisen North Road, Qingyang District. Beisen North Road is on the east side, Beisen road is on the south side, and the planned commercial pedestrian street is on the north side of the west side. Architectural interpretation

Liu Jiakun, an international master of architecture, is responsible for the architectural planning and design. Adhering to the architectural concept of "contemporary expression of traditional elements", the compound is a C-shaped semi enclosed layout. The building is divided into two underground floors and five above ground floors. The enclosed layout of the building forms an atrium of about 40 mu, with bamboo culture as the theme landscape, patio and canal in between, one scene at a time. Through the organic integration of traditional architectural elements such as caisson, patio and Linpan landscape with the courtyard, the traditional culture, Sichuan Regional Characteristics and sense of future can be harmoniously integrated here, so that the "villagers" can obtain great space freedom and explore the spiritual belonging in the complex city.
