The Roman columnar residence at 28 munan road is the former residence of Li Shufu. Li Shufu is the descendant of Li Shanren, one of the eight "big families" in Tianjin in his early years, and the niece of Cao Kun, President of the Beiyang government. The building is a private residence built by Li Shufu in 1937. The first floor has three arched gates on the facade, and the second floor has a large terrace with four hexagonal columns. The column heads are carved by Colin. The style of the whole building is simple and simple. The living room, study, bedroom and dining room are all available in the building, and the decoration is exquisite. Surrounded by high walls and a courtyard, the building is a high-grade residential building with European classical style. Now it is the academic degree committee and Education Committee of Tianjin.
