Shangguanhua tianlongdong scenic spot

Dali has always been famous for its "romantic scenery". The newly launched shangguanhua tianlongdong scenic spot in Xizhou town of Dali City, with an investment of more than 18 million yuan, has attracted a large number of tourists at home and abroad for its four major features of "viewing the sea, enjoying famous flowers, exploring ancient caves and looking for historic sites", thus achieving better economic and social benefits. Shangguanhua tianlongdong scenic spot was built by Shangguan village committee of Xizhou town according to the requirements of the municipal Party committee and government on attracting investment. After several years of efforts, it was built with the funds of Beijing Huanyu Weiye Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and it was put into trial operation on May 1, 2004. The company plans to invest 56 million yuan to build the "shangguanhua" brand, which is one of the four unique sceneries of "Fenghuaxueyue". Centering on the development plan of building Dali into a "big city of landscape architecture and Fenghuaxueyue garden", the company plans to build star hotels, Tianlong cableway, catering and shopping facilities, holiday village, Ecological Zoo, Tianlong cave development and other projects in three phases, so as to build the scenic spot into a national scenic spot District. The first phase of the project has invested 18 million yuan, including the completion of cableway and parking lot, the renovation of Shangguan garden, the opening of mountain roads, the reconstruction of lighting in Tianlong cave, and the gradual completion of other supporting facilities. The scenic spot integrates tourism, shopping, food and play, becoming a new highlight of Dali tourism. Shangguanhua Tianlong Cave Scenic area covers an area of more than 300 mu. There are ancient Shangguan garden, West Yunnan Tianlong cave, longshouguan pass with a long history, Ecological Zoo covering an area of more than 3600 square meters, Tianlong temple, Xu Xiake travel notes monument, flower fairy, flower visiting Pavilion and other cultural attractions with rich connotations. It embodies the four characteristics of "observing the sea, appreciating famous flowers, exploring ancient caves and looking for historic sites". Shangguanhua Tourism Co., Ltd. not only strives for economic benefits, but also attaches great importance to social benefits. It has provided 200 stalls for shangguancun village. More than 80% of the company's employees are recruited locally, providing more than 400 employment opportunities.
