Introduction to Zaobang
Applicant: Heze City, Shandong Province
And parts of Hebei, Henan and Shanxi. It was formed under the influence of local language after Shangdang Bangzi of Shanxi entered Heze. Zaobang's singing music belongs to banqiang style, with smooth melody, strong expressive force, rich Banque and Qupai, which is both high pitched and exciting, euphemistic and lively. Its performance is bold and unconstrained, which is consistent with the regional characteristics of the popular place and the appreciation habits of the audience.
There are more than 80 existing traditional operas in Zaobang, which mainly focus on historical themes, display traditional virtues, support the healthy and eliminate evil, respect the old and love the young and so on. As an independent local opera, the music, performance and repertoire of Zaobang have their own characteristics and occupy a place in Chinese opera culture. At the same time, it is an important part of the northern Bangzi system, which can provide important reference for the study of the evolution of Bangzi.
