At the same time, led environmental protection lamps will also be installed for lighting, rendering the British style in the block.

Hou Jianxin, an expert on European history and Dean of the school of history and culture of Tianjin Normal University, believes that the "British style area" has dual values of history, humanity and architecture. Legislative protection

Before investing 5.1 billion yuan to build a "British style area", Tianjin promulgated the "Regulations on the protection of Tianjin's historic buildings" in 2005, which identified 672 historic buildings with an area of 1019700 square meters and six historic building areas in accordance with the law. It is reported that this "regulation" in Tianjin was the first local special legislation for the protection of historic buildings in China.

Tourism development
