Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ribs.

Step 2: prepare purple potato.

Step 3: peel the purple potato and cut it into diamond shaped pieces.

Step 4: blanch the ribs in water.

Step 5: pour the oil in the pan, cool the oil, add sugar and stir fry until the sugar color is red brown. Pour in the spareribs.

Step 6: add sugar on the spareribs, add cooking wine, onion, ginger, star anise and cinnamon, stir well.

Step 7: pour in hot water and keep level with the ribs. Boil, skim the foam, add soy sauce, salt, stew.

Step 8: start another pot, add oil, and fry the purple potato with medium low heat.

Step 9: when the ribs are cooked, put in the purple potatoes and collect the juice over high heat.
