Dalian Centennial sculpture

Dalian Centennial sculpture is built to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Dalian. The sculpture is an open book, implying that the history of the city is written by the people. In front of the sculpture is a long series of footprints made of copper, symbolizing the growth of Dalian. There are footprints from the newborn to the centenarian. It is said that there are also the footprints of Bo Xilai, former mayor of Dalian and now Minister of the Ministry of Commerce I don't know.
