The No. 5 boundary pillar is the No. 5 boundary pillar on the border between China and Kazakhstan. The area between the boundary net and the boundary river belongs to the restricted zone of the frontier restricted zone, which is basically a vacuum zone. Except that the border units of both sides sometimes patrol on their respective shores or make latent observation, no one can be seen on either side of the boundary river.
