History of factory development

Tsingtao Brewery No.2, formerly known as Tsingtao Brewery No.2 Co., Ltd., is a joint venture of Qingdao beverage import and Export Corporation, Qingdao Branch of Bank of China, Qingdao Branch of construction, Hong Kong Baosheng bank, Central South Bank, salt bank, Hong Kong Branch of Bank of China and Macao Branch of Bank of China. Since the foundation was laid in December 1987, it was completed and put into operation in 1990. In 1993, it became the second brewery of Qingdao Beer Co., Ltd. After being put into production and expanded, the annual production capacity of Tsingtao Beer reached 200000 kiloliters by 1997. On September 1, 2006, the new 200000 kiloliter project of Qingdao Brewery No.2 was launched, and it was completed and put into operation on April 23, 2007. The annual production capacity of Qingdao Brewery No.2 reached 450000 kiloliters.
