Orleans roast chicken leg pizza
Introduction:
"Recently, I've enjoyed eating pizza. Yesterday, I pickled the Orleans chicken leg and removed the fat. It's more comfortable to eat."
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the fat and oil from the chicken leg, loosen it with the back of a knife, and marinate it with Orleans marinade. I marinated it all night and chopped it up
Step 2: put the oil in the frying pan and put in the chicken
Step 3: add the sliced mushrooms
Step 4: add shredded onion, add potato chips and stir fry until well done
Step 5: flatten the dough
Step 6: put it in the baking tray and prick your eyes with a fork
Step 7: spread the sauce (see my recipe for the sauce)
Step 8: Sprinkle with a layer of cheese
Step 9: put on the fried chicken
Step 10: Sprinkle another layer of cheese and top with shredded green pepper
Step 11: bake at 220 ℃ for 20 minutes
