Fried fungus with zucchini
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: black fungus, zucchini, carrot, onion, garlic.
Step 2: slice all the ingredients.
Step 3: add 70% hot oil into the hot pot, stir fry shallots and garlic until fragrant.
Step 4: add carrot and stir fry.
Step 5: add zucchini and stir fry slightly.
Step 6: pour in a small amount of soy sauce. (this step can be omitted)
Step 7: add black fungus and stir fry quickly.
Step 8: turn off the heat and add a small amount of salt to remove.
