Baigongyan Park

Baigongyan Park, 13 kilometers away from Chengdu, is a large-scale natural landscape park, enjoying the reputation of "the first lake in Chengdu". It's surrounded by lush green and thick shade. The main scenic spots in the park include helix island with flowers and fruits, loquat forest with numerous trees and green leaves, lotus pond with fragrant fish waves, and picnic area with smoke curling around.

You can go boating in baigongyan reservoir, the scenery is good; you can also take a walk in the mountains, barbecue and ride horses, and eat farmhouse. Peach blossom is the best in spring, and it's very close to Longquan Mountain, so you can visit in series.

Baigongyan Park

Baigongyan park is a large-scale natural landscape park in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is located at the foot of Longquan Mountain, 2.5km to the right of Yangguang city overpass on Chengdu Chongqing Expressway, 13km away from the urban area, enjoying the reputation of "the first lake in Chengdu".

The annual water storage of the park is 2.36 million cubic meters, and the green area is 100%. The lakeshore along the dike is covered with trees, just like the edge of emerald, surrounded by towering green emerald and shade. In the distance, the shadow of the mountain is like a fish scale. It's like a wonderful landscape painting made by a master of traditional Chinese painting, which is full of water on rice paper. The main scenic spots in the park include helix island with flowers and fruits, loquat forest with numerous trees and green leaves, lotus pond with fragrant fish waves, and picnic area with smoke curling around. In spring, there are peach trees and willows in the garden, and thousands of flowers are blooming; in summer, the weeds are fragrant, and the trees are beautiful and shady, so you can taste loquats and peaches; in autumn, when the clouds are high and the clouds are light, the chrysanthemums are spreading and the Hibiscus are reflecting the water; in winter, the Chimonanthus is fragrant. In 1995, baigongyan Park was awarded the first "Chengdu best amusement enterprise"; in 1998, it was awarded the honorary title of "Chengdu advanced workers' home" by Chengdu Federation of trade unions; in 1999, it was awarded the title of "Sichuan Patriotic Health advanced unit" by Sichuan Patriotic Health Campaign Committee. In 2000, he was awarded the title of "Chengdu civilized model unit" by Chengdu municipal Party committee and government. On March 30, 1996, Hou Jie, former Minister of the Ministry of construction, visited baigongyan park to inspect and guide the work, and happily wrote an inscription for the park: "develop the landscape resources to benefit the people of all directions.".
