Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash the peas, drain the water, and prepare the minced meat for use.

Step 3: stir fry the minced meat.

Step 4: stir fry until the minced meat turns white, add proper amount of cooking wine and white pepper to remove fishiness and improve taste.

Step 7: stir fry peas for a while.

Step 8: add proper amount of water and simmer until the peas are soft.
