Frankincense tofu

Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: cut tofu into pieces and fry until golden on both sides

Step 2: 2 tbsp Sufu juice + 1 tbsp soy sauce + starch, transfer a bowl of Sufu milk.

Step 3: saute half garlic

Step 4: pour in the milk and bring to a boil

Step 5: pour in the tofu

Step 6: when the juice is dry, add the remaining half of the garlic

Step 7: Sprinkle with chopped chives

Materials required:

Tofu: 1 piece

Sufu juice: 2 tbsp

Old style: 1 spoonful

Starch: appropriate amount

Garlic: 5 pieces

Shallot: moderate

Note: rotten milk and soy sauce are salty, so there is no need to add salt to this dish. Heavy taste can be appropriate to add a spoonful of rotten milk.
