Yellow catfish and yam soup

Introduction:

"When it's cold, I like making soup best. It's simple and warm."

Production steps:

Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Step 2: slice yam and cut ginger into pieces. (yam can be prepared when cooking fish) cut yam and soak it in water to avoid oxidation and blackening.
