Production steps:

Step 1: wash 2 chicken legs

Step 2: slice ginger, cut onion and pepper into sections and shreds respectively

Step 3: take the pot, add water, boil over medium heat, add ginger and scallion

Step 4: turn down the heat and lower the chicken leg

Step 5: pick up the chicken leg midway, put it into the water when it cools down a little, and repeat for more than three times

Step 6: cover, boil for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes

Step 7: take out the drumsticks, air to remove the moisture, apply salt and Daohuaxiang wine on the drumsticks, marinate the cooked drumsticks for more than 1 hour, cut into pieces, and add shredded green onion and shredded pepper

Step 8: heat the peanut oil in a pan

Step 9: pour the fragrant peanut oil on the shredded green onion and serve

Daohuaxiang liquor: (52%) 2 tbsp

Note: can be replaced by ordinary rice wine, I personally think with Daohuaxiang wine flavor
