Production steps:

Step 1: egg yolk protein separation, the container must be clean and oil-free

Step 2: beat the egg with a beater

Step 3: add the sugar powder three times, and continue to beat the protein.

Step 4: the protein should be sent to the container and turned upside down, but the protein will not fall down

Step 5: add powdered sugar, olive oil and milk to the egg yolk, stir well, don't over stir, just let the ingredients mix evenly.

Step 6: sift the flour and add it to the egg yolk paste. Do not stir in circles. Stir from the bottom to the top by cutting and mixing.

Step 7: add the whipped protein into the egg yolk paste three times, and continue to stir with the cutting and mixing method until the protein and the egg yolk paste are fully mixed.

Step 8: pour the batter into the mold, and add about half a plate of water into the baking tray. Because I use the cake mold, I put a layer of tin foil on the mold

Step 9: preheat the oven, put the baking tray in the middle of the oven, bake at 170 ℃ for 45 to 50 minutes. Demould the mold on the grill

Eggs: 4

Low powder: 70g

Powdered sugar: 70g

Milk: 35g

Olive oil: 35g

Note: 1, protein must be fully sent, I did a few times before one of the reasons for failure is this. 2. When stirring, it must be able to stir in circles, otherwise it will stir hard and the cake will not be soft. 3. Powdered sugar can be put more or less according to personal taste. My husband likes sweet, so I add more.
