Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 1: wash a piece of pork;

Step 2: add all seasonings and 4 bowls of water into the electric pressure cooker to cook the meat for 13 minutes;

Step 3: take out the meat to cool and slice;

Note: 1, when cooking meat, put more salt, two pronged approach, to meat taste, soup slightly salty state is good. 2. The buckwheat noodles I used didn't sell well.
