Xi'an aircraft industry company staff Engineering College (hereinafter referred to as Xi'an Aircraft Industry College), national standard code 50990. Founded in 1979, the college is a public adult college approved by Shaanxi Provincial People's government and published by the Ministry of education. With the approval of Shaanxi Provincial Department of education, general higher vocational education began in 2001. The college is located in Yanliang District of Xi'an City, which is known as "Seattle of China" with beautiful scenery.

Relying on the national super large enterprise Xi'an Aircraft Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., the college has formed a multi-disciplinary, multi-level, multi form and multi-functional school running mode by integrating general higher vocational and technical education, adult higher education, radio and TV University, network continuing education and high-level cadre training. Over the years, under the guidance of the school running concept of "excellent, special and strong", the college has trained nearly 10000 talents for the society. At present, the college has set up more than 20 majors and more than 40 academic teaching classes. The college has more than 10 laboratories and exhibition rooms, including physics, numerical control, machinery, mechanics, electronics, circuit, electrician, metalworking and computer. It also cooperates with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing University of technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an University of technology and Northwest University of technology to train more than 200 postgraduates.
