Qingdao Feiyang vocational and technical college is a private, full-time ordinary university approved by Shandong provincial government and registered by the Ministry of education. Historical evolution

Its predecessor is Qingdao Feiyang economic and trade training college, which was established in 1996 and rebuilt into Qingdao Feiyang vocational and technical college with the approval of Shandong Provincial People's Government in 2002.
