Guangzhou Command College of Armed Police

Guangzhou Command College of the Chinese people's armed police force is one of the first batch schools of the Chinese people's Armed Police Force in 1983. It is a key Command College for the construction of the Chinese people's armed police force, known as the "melting pot of police officers in southern Guangdong". The college is located at the north foot of Baiyun Mountain, 8 kilometers away from the city center, covering an area of more than 180000 square meters. The campus environment is quiet and elegant. It has been rated as "the national top 300 afforestation units" and "the national advanced greening units".

The college is an Armed Police Command College with a bachelor's degree. The training major is armed police command, and the length of schooling is four years. It also undertakes the tasks of pre appointed section (unit) heads and all kinds of training and rotation at all levels of the armed police force. Undergraduate students recruit male high school graduates from ordinary middle schools. The college has advanced supporting teaching facilities, complete and regular military training base, multi-functional media teaching system, campus network supporting, a full range of teaching and scientific research books and materials, and a rigorous and experienced teaching team.
