Perennial herbs. The main stem is erect, about 35 cm high, often rooting at the branch. The lateral leaves are continuous on the main stem, imbricate on the branchlets, 4-5 mm long and 2 mm wide on both sides; the upper part of the lateral leaves is semicircular lanceolate, the base is round, covering the branches, the lower part has ciliate teeth, the upper part has sparse teeth; the lower part of the lateral leaves is semicircular, slightly serrate, the apex is round cuneate, the base is round; the middle leaf is short oval, rectangular, with ciliate teeth, Acuminate, awned. Sporangium spikes terminal, often 2 spikes, 4 edges, 1.5 mm in diameter; sporophylls round, ovate triangular, keel shaped, acute.

It grows under the forest or on the acid rock in the ditch. Distributed in Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Taiwan, Zhejiang and other places.

The curative effect is better for female trophoblastic tumor such as lung metastasis, lung cancer and laryngeal cancer. According to the recent observation of 23 cases of choriocarcinoma and malignant hydatidiform mole, there were 4 cases with good effect (disappearance of lung metastasis and negative urine frog test), 8 cases with marked effect, 5 cases with effect and 6 cases with no effect. In 2 cases of pharyngeal and laryngeal carcinoma, 1 case was good, 1 case was markedly effective; in 4 cases of lung cancer, 2 cases were good, 1 case was markedly effective. Others have different degrees of curative effect on nasopharyngeal carcinoma, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, skin cancer, etc. Usage: one Decoction: 0.5-2 liang of dried whole grass (10 Liang system), add 1-2 liang of lean pork or several red dates, 8-9 bowls of water, fry for 6 hours, into a bowl or so. Take one dose daily for one month to several months. Generally, there was no adverse reaction. Dizziness occurred in some cases, which may be related to the shorter decoction time. Two tablets: every 18 tablets is equivalent to 2 taels of crude drugs. Take 6-8 tablets each time, 3 times a day, 15-30 days as a course of treatment, or until the focus is cured. Three injections: 10 grams of crude drug per milliliter. Most of them were given intravenously once a day, with 15-30 ml plus 5% glucose 500 ml, within 2-4 hours: 15-20 days as a course of treatment. Another kind of alkaloid injection contains 100g or 120g crude drug per milliliter. It is given intravenously. Generally, 4-8ml is added with 500ml 5-10% glucose solution. It can be used for about 3-4 weeks. There was no special reaction in the course of appropriate dose treatment, and dizziness occurred when the dosage was more than 6 ml / day. Two patients received intravenous drip with a dose of 18 ml (equivalent to 1800 g of crude drug) at one time, and immediately developed flushing, dizziness, unconsciousness, blood pressure drop, facial and limb muscle twitch, apnea and so on, which gradually recovered after timely rescue. In the course of treatment, the preparation of shishangbai can be used alone, or combined with other drugs, radiotherapy or surgery.

② Treatment of a variety of infectious inflammation

Especially for upper respiratory tract inflammation, acute tonsillitis, pneumonia and so on, it can partly replace the use of antibiotics; it also has a certain effect on acute, chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. According to the statistics of 243 cases, the effective rate was 94.2%, and the cure rate was 54%. The average temperature of general acute inflammation dropped to normal in 2-3 days, and the curative effect on chronic inflammation with longer course was poor. It can be used for acute hepatitis, and it has the advantages of rapid regression of jaundice and rapid recovery of liver function. Usage: intramuscular injection of 2 ml (equivalent to 3 g of crude drug), 2-3 times a day; or oral syrup of 10 ml (equivalent to 30 g of crude drug), 3-4 times a day; or 1 liang of shishangbai (fresh product of 2 liang) and 1 liang of lean pork, 1 dose a day.
