Sichuan Vocational College of health and rehabilitation is a public full-time college approved by Sichuan provincial government and registered by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China. Founded in 1918, the school was formerly Renji Yiji senior nursing vocational school founded by Christian Church of Canada, and later renamed Zigong Health School of Sichuan Province. The school covers an area of 61.3 Mu and a building area of 41000 square meters. It is a provincial and ministerial key professional college with a long history, strong teachers, perfect teaching equipment, superior school running conditions and high teaching quality.
The school has 145 teaching staff, 24 senior professional and technical posts and 54 intermediate professional and technical posts. Since 1993, 5 senior lecturers have edited 6 textbooks of Sichuan secondary health schools, 11 senior lecturers and lecturers have participated in the compilation of 12 provincial and national textbooks, which have been published by Sichuan Science and Technology Press.
