Shaanxi construction staff university is an independent full-time public adult college (Ministry of Education approval code 51010) approved by the people's Government of Shaanxi Province and registered by the Ministry of education. In 2000, it was approved by the Provincial Department of education as one of the first batch of colleges with the qualification of independently recruiting Higher Vocational students from national general colleges. It is the only construction higher vocational college in Shaanxi Province School.
