Female, born in February 1941 in Taixing, Jiangsu Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a technical secondary school student, and a former trade union woman director of Taixing post and Telecommunications Bureau, Jiangsu Province. She joined the post and Telecommunications Bureau in 1960 and worked as a cable operator, a wireless operator, and a full-time woman director of the trade union of the Bureau. No matter what position she was in, she was able to accomplish every task she undertook excellently, and was repeatedly rated as an outstanding worker by the Taixing Federation of trade unions and the trade union of the post and Telecommunications Bureau.
