Choi Min Ho (최민호, August 18, 1980 -), Korean judoka, Olympic gold medalist.

He won a bronze medal in the 60kg class in Athens and a gold medal in Beijing four years later. From the first game to the championship, he beat down his opponents with "one book" technique.
