Liu Guangning (from January 27, 1939 to June 25, 2020), born in Hong Kong, China, moved to Shanghai when he was young. He is a dubbing actor in Shanghai Film Studio.
After graduating from high school in 1960, he entered Shanghai film translation factory. Her voice is beautiful and sweet, and her language is pure and fluent. In April 1987, Liu Guangning won the best female dubbing actor award of the 5th Golden Eagle Award of mass TV for his dubbing of Jennifer in the anger of the angel.
She has created all kinds of voice images in such films as love between life and death, home watching, yesenia, cold heart, the tragedy on the Nile, caravan and so on. She has become a dubbing actor with certain attainments and her own performance characteristics. In addition to dubbing films, she also participated in dubbing many radio and TV plays.
In the early hours of June 25, 2020, Liu Guangning died in Shanghai at the age of 81.

Born in Hong Kong in 1939, Liu Guangning moved to Shanghai with his family when he was four years old.
