Jin shunzi (November 1945 -), female, Korean nationality, Hailong, Jilin Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from the Central University for nationalities. At present, he is the director of Tieling ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee, member of the Standing Committee of Tieling CPPCC, vice chairman of Tieling Korean mass culture association, executive member of Tieling women's Federation and executive director of Tieling Overseas Friendship Association.

Main achievements former member of the Standing Committee, deputy secretary and deputy mayor of Bamian Town, Changtu County, Liaoning Province; director of the office of Tieling Meteorological Bureau and member of the Party group; director of the intellectual Department of the United Front Work Department of Tieling Municipal Party committee; deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office of Tieling Municipal People's government; deputy director of Tieling ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee; director of Tieling ethnic and Religious Affairs Committee since 1995 In 1996, she was rated as the "March 8 red flag bearer" of Liaoning Province and an outstanding female leading cadre of Liaoning Province.
